Problem
Large mixed-use venues buy signage from one vendor and wayfinding from another, so the operator runs two contracts, two consoles and two content pipelines for what visitors see as one screen.
What we built
An indoor map renderer with A*-based routing over an IMDF venue model, a map editor, a promoted-waypoint mode that routes visitors past sponsored stops, and offline delivery to SpinetiX players for kiosks. Built as a 123CMS module and as a standalone product. Maps are drawn in the console or imported from a vector PDF floor plan, and the kiosk interface runs in English, Russian, Kazakh and Arabic. First target deployment is DKP (Dubai Knowledge Park).
Result
Built into 123CMS and live on both regional platforms since July 2026, switched on per customer. Market research, competitor mapping, routing-algorithm design and a priced DKP proposal are documented.
