Problem

A team running sprints still needs a readable retrospective of what shipped, what slipped and who did what. Compiling it by hand from the tracker after every sprint is a chore that gets skipped under deadline pressure.

What we built

A build script pulls the sprint's task data from the project tracker API and renders it into a branded DOCX/PDF retrospective, one folder per sprint, so the report exists as a real artefact.

Result

Retrospectives are on file for sprints 288 through 294.
