Problem
Reconciling transactions across Tochka Bank, the Business.ru CRM and 1C meant manual data entry every day, with delays and copy errors.
What we built
A Node.js service pulls the daily statement from Tochka Bank's API, matches and enriches it against Business.ru records, pushes updates into 1C and Diadoc/Kontur, and posts Telegram notifications. It runs on cron, with an internal API the registration portal also calls.
Result
Live. Bank statements sync every 30 minutes on weekdays, 09:00 to 19:30 Moscow time; the same service matches payments to invoices and feeds stock levels into the registration portal.
