Partner registration, CRM and invoicing, synced to 1C and Business.ru.
Problem
Onboarding a reseller or integrator meant chasing registration forms, invoices and accounting entries across email, 1C and spreadsheets by hand.
What we built
A Next.js portal runs registration, CRM and invoicing behind 2FA-gated access, and pushes data through to the 1C and Business.ru integrations automatically. It also hosts project-specific client portals, including bilingual delivery portals for named engagements. The same application also carries the team's tasks, sprints and knowledge base, stock and payment-matching views, and the technical specification generator for tenders.
Result
Live in production and expanding, sharing one Postgres database with the Academy LMS in the same monorepo.
