Problem
One contract template cannot cross these borders. Sanctions compliance rules out direct flows between MLV FZCO and Russian counterparties, and each jurisdiction has its own civil code, tax rules and required boilerplate.
What we built
A standing practice drafts and redlines supply, distribution, service and NDA agreements for Media La Vista FZCO (UAE), DSTools (RU) and Digital Signages LTD (KZ), working from verified current law rather than memorised rates, with a compliance rule keeping MLV FZCO out of direct flows with Russian counterparties.
Result
Counterparty drafts come back as tracked redlines with a structured risk analysis.
