RU Software-Order Compliance Pack
A software development order documented to survive a Russian tax audit.
- Scale
- 56+ documents in a single order pack
- Client
- The group's own software contractors and the RegApp product-registration project
Problem
Ordering software development in Russia carries real tax exposure: if the contract, the counterparty due-diligence file and the acceptance acts do not hang together as one defensible story, a tax authority can disqualify the deduction under Article 54.1 of the Tax Code years after the work is done and paid for.
What we built
A ten-block methodology produces a complete pack per order: the signed contract and its appendices (technical specification, cost estimate, team composition, SLA, milestone schedule), a counterparty due-diligence dossier dated before the contract, and every acceptance act, generated in Media La Vista branding and cross-checked by an automated QA pass before anything is signed.
Result
Two packs are in production use: a general-purpose contractor pack of 30+ files, and a 56+ document pack for the group's own product registration project, including NDA, KYC questionnaire, SLA, warranty statement and RKN notification.
