RU Back-Office & Partner Operations
Sprint reports, partner payouts and 1C exchanges on a written checklist.
- Scale
- 15 documented back-office runbooks
Problem
Running a Russian software and hardware distribution business day to day means reconciling accounting exchange files, tracking sprint output across a distributed team, paying revenue shares to partners correctly, and knowing how a competitor is pitching. All of it recurs, and all of it is easy to do inconsistently under deadline pressure.
What we built
Runbooks that read and refactor 1C EnterpriseData exchange files, measure per-person sprint throughput and audit sprint quality in ClickUp, maintain a partner payout ledger, and hold battle cards on named Russian competitors, backed by a live integration pack for 1C, Business.ru, Tochka Bank and Diadoc.
Result
Sprint output is measured by closed work, partner payouts sit in one ledger, and accounting exchange files move between 1C and the bank without manual re-keying.
