Problem
A signed, stamped invoice or certificate is still expected to look like a physical scan, which means printing, signing by hand, stamping and re-scanning for every document and signatory.
What we built
A tool overlays real handwritten signatures and a company stamp onto a PDF and flattens each page into a single scan-like raster image. Colour documents stay colour, grayscale stays grayscale, and no editable text or layers remain. It includes a workflow to re-issue certificates for a new signatory.
Result
Used to produce signed SpinetiX invoices and to re-issue SpinetiX distributor-agreement certificates when a holder changes.
