SpinetiX Cloud Storage
Shared file storage reachable at low latency from Russia and the Gulf.
Problem
Presale, delivery and support teams move large files: Elementi projects, brand assets, signed documents, player media. These need a shared home with real access control, reachable at low latency from both regions.
What we built
A Nextcloud instance ("SpinetiX Cloud") on our own Hetzner infrastructure, backed by a dedicated storage box for bulk data, reachable over WebDAV from either region (webdav.medialavista.com for the Gulf, webdav.dstools.ru proxied for Russia), with enforced two-factor authentication, app passwords for scripted access, and OnlyOffice for browser-based document editing.
Result
One storage service used across presale, delivery and back-office work in both markets, with search, versioning and document collaboration built in.
