Problem
SpinetiX field engineering depends on product knowledge that normally lives in one or two people's heads: building an Elementi project, tuning a videowall's pixel clock, diagnosing a player rebooting in a loop. Quality varies with who picks up the ticket.
What we built
A written knowledge base covering Elementi and jSignage project authoring, HMP/DSOS diagnostic-tarball triage, HDMI and EDID troubleshooting, multiscreen sync, LED wall planning and pixel-clock calculation, device inventory reading, and web-automation recipes.
Result
A diagnostic tarball or a stuck videowall gets a ranked root-cause analysis in minutes, and a new engineer can build a correct Elementi project from the documentation.
