Team Secure Network Access
Two VPN exits, per-person keys, monitored.
Problem
A distributed team working across Russia, Kazakhstan and the Gulf needs to reach RU-only services from abroad and the open internet from inside Russia, without every engineer running an ad-hoc workaround.
What we built
Two purpose-built VPN exits, one in the Netherlands for a route out of Russia and one in Moscow for a Russian exit IP, each running Xray/Reality with per-person keys managed through a control panel, git-backed config for fast rebuild, and a health probe with Telegram alerting.
Result
Every team member has a monitored path in and out of Russia, rebuildable on a new server from the repository alone if a box is lost.
