Problem
A signage vendor or integrator in Russia learns about public tenders late, from a customer or a competitor. Reading the procurement portal by hand each day misses price requests and plan positions, and nobody can tell which of them belong to a customer already registered.
What we built
Each day the tool reads new notices, price requests and plan positions on the public procurement portal and scores them by signage terms, stage, law and deadline. It matches customers against the project registry, reads the tender documents to see who wrote the specification, and flags software purchases that need a registry entry first. A web list lets the sales team filter, tag items as fit or noise and see why each scored as it did. A morning digest summarises the last day.
Result
In production since 8 October 2026, inside the project registration portal and behind its sign-in; one scan a day. The vendor never bids; for each match the report names the integrator partner to activate.
